When You Check-in

• • Please prepare the proof of your identification; guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.

Family & Children Policy:

• • Children under the age of 12 years old can share a paid room with parents (the existing bedding in room) on complimentary room only basis (max. 2 children). ABF rate will be applied as per meal supplements. FOC for infant aged 0-2.99 years old. 3rd adult must be charged extra bed.
• • For 1 adult + 1 child, DBL room rate will be applied.
• • For 2 adults + 1 child, meal supplements will be applied for additional 1 child sharing on existing bedding. Child's extra bed rate will be applied if required.
• • For 3 adults, compulsory extra bed rate will be applied to 3rd adult.
• • For 2 adults + 2 children, both 2 children are non-compulsory extra bed, but ABF charge for children will be applied as per meal supplements. Child's extra bed rate will be applied if required.
• • For 2 adults + 2 children, in case 1st child will share existing bedding in room with parents (age based on youngest child), but extra bed required for 2nd child (age based on oldest child), child's ABF charge will be applied to 1st child as meal supplements and child's extra bed rate will be applied for 2nd child as requested.
• • For 1 adult + 3 children, DBL room rate will be applied for 1 adult + 1 child, additional 2 children are non-compulsory extra bed, but ABF charge for 2 children will be applied as per meal supplements. Child's extra bed rate will be applied as per provided rate if required (max 1 extra bed).
• • For 3 adults + 1 child, compulsory extra bed rate will be applied to 3rd adult. Meal supplements will be applied to additional 1 child as per meal supplements/meal plan policy.
• • Extra bed rates (if required); Adult @ THB 1,200.-net and Child @ THB 600.-net/bed/night

Others:

• • Please be informed that any type of exta bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
• • Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking-in at the hotel. Cardholder name must also match with guest’s identification document or guest may be asked to pay with alternative method.
• • Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may be applied.
